Given our extensive experience with business disputes and contract litigation, we are often asked to review contracts as part of our clients’ litigation assessment or risk management, or as part of ongoing contract negotiations to best position our clients for their transactions. We represent clients in business transactions and contract negotiations of all kinds, including employment contracts, non-compete agreements, vendor and supplier contracts, sales contracts, contracts for sales and services, and other business contracts.
We act as de facto general counsel for businesses, a role that allows clients to have the benefit of a highly experienced lawyer without the expense of a full-time employee. Working closely with our clients, we gain an in-depth understanding of their business activities and objectives. Because of this, we are able to provide focused, client-centered, and cost-effective advice and counsel on legal issues confronting clients on a daily basis.
